• 👂 Listen Carefully to the Trainer: Follow all instructions – your safety depends on it.

• 🤰 Pregnant Women: Swimming with dolphins is not allowed.

• 👶 Age Restrictions:

  • Children under 3 years old are not allowed to swim.

  • Children 3+ years old may swim only with a swimming adult.

• 🦺 Life Jackets: Mandatory for children and non-swimmers (additional payment for two persons if needed).

• ♿ Special Needs Guests: Children with special needs or locomotor disorders are allowed only in a life jacket and with an accompanying adult.

🧴 Before Entering the Pool

• 👱 Hair: Tie your hair neatly.

• 💍 Accessories: Remove all jewelry (rings, earrings, bracelets) to avoid harming the dolphins.

• 🚿 Shower First: Take a shower before entering the pool.
