Embark on a spiritual journey from Sharm El Sheikh to the legendary St Catherine’s Monastery, one of the world’s oldest working monasteries and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover this sacred Christian landmark, nestled between Mount Sinai and Mount Catherine, where history, faith, and desert beauty meet.
Early in the morning, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in an air-conditioned vehicle.
We will drive approximately 220 km northwest through the majestic Sinai mountains to reach St Catherine Monastery, located at the foot of Mount Sinai.
Upon arrival, your guide will take you through the monastery’s treasures – ancient icons, mosaics, and manuscripts – inside its fortified walls. Visit the Chapel of the Burning Bush, where Moses received the Ten Commandments.
