Your first stop will be at the 3,400-year-old Colossi of Memnon. The giant statues have once been the guardians of the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III.
Then, head into the Valley of the Kings, where the kings and powerful noblemen of Egypt had been buried for over 500 years.
Mummies of some of the most famous persons of pharaonic times have been found here. Descend into the graves of the great Egyptian rulers and admire the walls decorated with colorful paintings and hieroglyphs that are still preserved today.
Visit the Temple of Queen Hatschepsut, a remarkable ruler who strikingly proved that she was able to reign over an empire as a woman. Admire the exceptional mortuary temple with its columned terraces, a column hall and various statues, paintings and relieves.
Finally, visit Karnak Temple, one of the world’s temples that is well worth seeing. Even after thousands of years, it is still well preserved, so that it will be easy for you to travel back in time and immerse yourself into the history of this impressive sanctuary. At the end of the day, fly back to Sharm El Sheik and we will transfer you back to your hotel.
