Which car do you need?

We choose the car by the number of people and, just as much, by the luggage. A family of four with four big suitcases does not fit in a sedan, so we send a minivan for the same booking.

How the Hurghada airport transfer works

Hurghada International Airport (HRG) sits just south of the city, so most hotels in Hurghada are less than half an hour away. Here is what happens from booking to hotel door.

1. Send your requestUse the form above or WhatsApp with your flight number, landing time, hotel and number of people.
2. Get a fixed price and confirmationWe reply with the price for the whole car and confirm the booking. Before your flight you receive the pickup details and the driver's contact.
3. Meet your driverAfter passport control and baggage claim, walk out of the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting outside with a sign showing your name.
4. Ride straight to your hotelNo other passengers and no hotel stops on the way. You pay the driver in cash at the start or the end of the ride.

Departure transfers to the airport

For your flight home we pick you up at the hotel reception. From Hurghada hotels we normally plan pickup about 3 hours before an international departure; from Soma Bay, Safaga or El Gouna we add the extra driving time. Tell us your flight time and we suggest the pickup time.

Private transfers to Luxor, Marsa Alam and Cairo

Long-distance transfers are the safest and most comfortable way to change cities without joining a tour bus. The driver takes you from your hotel door to your hotel door, with restroom and coffee stops on the way.

Travel permit for foreign visitors

Foreign tourists travelling by road between the Red Sea and Luxor or Cairo need a tourist travel permit. We arrange it for you. Send a copy of the passport photo page for each traveller and your hotel room number on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before departure.

Sightseeing stops on the way

On the Hurghada to Luxor road you can add a stop at Dendera Temple. Entrance tickets are not included in the transfer price, and the extra time is agreed when you book. If you would rather see Luxor with a guide on the same day, have a look at our Luxor tours instead.

Payment and cancellation

You pay in cash to the driver at pickup, in euros or US dollars. Short transfers between the airport and the Red Sea resorts can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. For long-distance transfers to Luxor, Cairo or Marsa Alam, please cancel at least 48 hours before departure; later cancellations are charged in full because the permit and driver are already arranged.
