Mega Safari 7 in 1 Sharm El Sheikh is a full-day tour that packs seven activities into one trip: a 1-hour quad bike ride, a camel ride, parasailing, a banana boat, a tube ride, a short scuba dive in the Red Sea and lunch at a local restaurant. Pickup is around 08:00 from your hotel, you’re back at about 15:30, and you pay in cash on the day with no prepayment.
It’s made for travelers who want the desert and the sea in the same day without booking four separate excursions. Adults pay €50 with diving or €40 without it, and children aged 5 to 11 pay from €20.
The day is split into two halves. The morning belongs to the Sinai desert, where you ride a quad bike across the sand for a full hour and then switch to a camel for a slower ride. After that you drive to the coast for the water part: parasailing above the bay, a banana boat and a tube ride pulled by a speedboat, and then a short scuba dive with an instructor.
Lunch comes at the end, at a local restaurant, before the bus takes you back to your hotel in the afternoon.
The 7 in 1 version includes the dive. If you’d rather stay above water, choose the 6 in 1 version, which is the same day without diving for €10 less per adult.
Local tip: wear your swimsuit under your clothes from the start. You go from the desert to the sea with little time in between, so you won’t have to change in a hurry.
After a short briefing at the desert safari center, you set off on a quad bike across the sand dunes outside Sharm. An hour is long enough to get comfortable with the bike and really enjoy the ride, not just try it. [CONFIRM: single or double quad; minimum age to drive alone]
Straight after the quads, a short camel ride slows the pace right down. Ten minutes is enough for photos and to see how Bedouins traditionally crossed the desert.

A classic group ride. You sit on an inflatable banana towed by a speedboat, and falling into the water is half the fun.
The tube, sometimes called the „tablet“, is a round inflatable that spins and bounces over the waves. It’s faster and wilder than the banana.
With a professional instructor next to you and all equipment provided, you go under the surface for a short intro dive over coral and tropical fish. No diving experience is needed. This activity is only in the 7 in 1 version.
The day ends with lunch at a local restaurant, a chance to sit down and eat after a morning full of activity.

The bus collects you from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh between 08:00 and 08:15. The exact time depends on where your hotel is.
At the desert safari center you get a short introduction to the quad bikes, then ride through the dunes for an hour. The camel ride follows right after.
The bus takes you to the beach for the water activities: parasailing, the banana boat and the tube ride. Then it's time for the scuba dive with your instructor. Guests on the 6 in 1 program can swim and relax on the beach during the dive.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant, where you can rest before the drive back.
The bus drops you back at your hotel in the afternoon.
